The Committee
The Committee is elected every 2 years at our AGM, which takes place a few weeks after the Big Weekend.
If you feel able to make a more significant commitment than volunteering, you might like to consider joining us. We meet once a month and also undertake regular fundraising events to raise funds for the Big Weekend. It is a significant commitment, especially as the Big Weekend nears, but an extremely rewarding one when you see the local community having such a great time. If you are interested then please drop us an email or speak to a current committee member over the Big Weekend (we're easy to spot - we're the ones in bright orange t-shirts!).
Volunteers
We are always on the look out for volunteers to help us both with our fundraising bars and events and across the course of the Big Weekend itself. You can commit to as few or as many hours as you feel able. If you’d like to get involved, please email committee@partyonpotton.org.uk
